Job summary

Holiday Concepts is seeking a Reservation Executive to manage hotel booking requests and coordinate with partner hotels to ensure availability, rates, and confirmations. The role involves preparing quotations, timely vouchers, and maintaining strong partner relationships, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple bookings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers and candidates with 03 years of experience can apply.
• Prior experience in hotel reservations, travel, or hospitality will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple booking requests and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with different teams.

• Handle hotel reservation requests from travel partners.
