Job summary

Rspr Global Services Ahmedabad in Mumbai is seeking a Logistics Manager with 8–10 years of pharma export documentation experience. The role focuses on shipment planning, packing coordination, and compliance with DGFT/export rules.

You will negotiate freight rates, monitor pre/post-shipment activities, and coordinate with CHA, banks, and customs to ensure timely export clearance and licensing processes. B.Pharm/B.Sc graduates are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm or B.Sc degree required.
• 8–10 years experience in pharma exports documentation.
• Good understanding of export/import documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Planning.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for finished goods packing lists.
• Prepare container planning and air shipment planning.
• Freight Negotiation with service providers.
• Negotiate sea and air freight rates with logistics service providers.
• Monitor pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation activities.
• Coordinate with CHA for shipment execution and customs-related queries.
• Handle Advance License and EPCG License applications and closures.
• Prepare and submit RODTEP applications.
• Verify and submit CHA bills for processing.
• Coordinate with banks for export LC handling and document lodgement.
• Visit DGFT and customs offices for relevant licenses and queries.
