Job summary

Hayat Placement Services in Kanpur is seeking an accounting professional to handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger, GST reconciliation and payroll processing from timesheets.

The role involves maintaining proper documentation, vendor management, invoice processing, purchase orders and ensuring statutory compliance related to AP/AR in an on-site setup in India.

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end vendor management including payments and reconciliations.
• Records management and documentation upkeep.
• Process invoices, purchase orders and maintain records.
• Support statutory compliance related to AP/AR.
• Bank & cash reconciliation and general ledger management.
• GST reconciliation and payroll processing from timesheets.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Manage general ledger and inventory accounting.
• Reconcile bank accounts and cash flows.
• Ensure GST compliance and timely filing of records.
• Maintain documentation and filing of all accounting records.
