Qualifications

• Graduate/ CA Inter or equivalent accounting qualification with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Accounts Payable, vendor reconciliation, payments, GST/TDS compliance and month-end closing.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end invoice processing, tracking, vendor accounting, reconciliations and timely payments.
• Ensure GST, TDS, MSME compliance, provisions and prepaid expenses.
• Support month-end closing, AP ageing review, financial reporting and vendor balance confirmations.
• Coordinate with vendors, Procurement, AR and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Support audits, IFC, ERP processes and continuous process improvement/automation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate accounting and compliance with GST, TDS, MSME requirements, provisions and prepaid expenses.
• Support month-end closing, AP ageing review, financial reporting and vendor balance confirmations.
• Coordinate with vendors, Procurement, AR and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Support statutory/internal audits, internal financial controls (IFC), ERP processes and continuous process improvement/automation.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/ CA Inter or equivalent accounting qualification with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Accounts Payable, vendor reconciliation, payments, GST/TDS compliance and month-end closing.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
