Job summary

AVI-SPL India is seeking a remote AV support specialist to provide remote assistance and training to end users in the operation of AV systems and conferencing setups. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting VIP events and meetings to ensure seamless presentation environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with conferencing tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Crestron, Logitech, AMX, Biamp, and Shure, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork across

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of AV practices and procedures.
• Videoconferencing experience including operation call set-up and equipment.
• Experience with MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and Cisco Meeting Place is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance and training to end users in the operation of AV systems.
• Perform routine monitoring sweeps and service on AV systems.
• Assist with AV tech support for planned VIP events and other meetings.
• Resolve issues related to Crestron, Logitech, Microsoft Teams rooms, AMX, Biamp, Shure and other AV/VC technologies.
• Perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams reflecting AVI-SPL values.
• Setup and troubleshoot various audio/video/presentation systems.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

This position is for remote assistance only and is responsible for collaborating with our client’s management team and other company employees to deliver an array of customer service support and assistance in conference rooms and other meeting spaces.

Working Hours: 15:00 to 00:00 IST

Working Days: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri & Sat

Week Off - Tue & Sun
