Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Experience with US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099, contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire).
• Ability to source, screen, qualify and place IT professionals for US clients across multiple engagement types.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requirements through candidate placement.
• Analyze job descriptions and identify suitable profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates.
• Assess experience, communication, location, availability, compensation, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and onboarding collaboration with Account Managers.

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment to join our remote recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing IT professionals for US clients across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.

This is a 100% remote role, requiring a highly self-driven professional who can independently manage recruitment requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate with Account Managers and clients, and consistently deliver quality submissions and closures.
