Vrinda International is seeking a remote Recruiter to independently source and screen IT and Non-IT candidates for global mandates. You will manage the full cycle from sourcing through submission, ensuring accuracy of candidate data and timely updates.

The role requires at least 2 years in recruitment, familiarity with LinkedIn/Naukri, and experience with ATS systems, preferably Zoho Recruit. This is a full-time remote position with fixed monthly salary and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with recruitment consultancies or staffing firms preferred.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and candidate sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri and similar platforms.
• Good understanding of IT and Non-IT job requirements.
• Excellent candidate screening, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand JDs and identify suitable candidates.
• Experience with ATS platforms; Zoho Recruit knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Achievement of recruitment targets with a result-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Submit well-screened profiles to the in-house team.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for job requirements.
• Maintain candidate records, sourcing details and feedback in Zoho Recruit.
• Follow up with candidates for timely updates on availability and interest.
• Aim to meet daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and submission targets.
• Coordinate with the team to improve submission quality and interview conversions.

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and result-oriented Remote Recruiter who can independently manage candidate sourcing, screening and submission activities for our active recruitment mandates.

This is a full-time employment opportunity for someone who can dedicate their complete professional working hours to Vrinda Nexus.

## Key Responsibilities

1. Independently source relevant candidates through Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri and other professional recruitment platforms.

2. Understand job descriptions thoroughly and identify candidates matching the required skills, experience, location and salary criteria.

3. Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements across different industries.

4. Review and screen candidate applications received through the company's recruitment portal.

5. Conduct preliminary screening calls and assess candidate suitability, communication and interest.

6. Verify candidate details, including current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, relevant experience and availability.

7. Submit quality and properly screened candidate profiles to the in-house recruitment team.

8. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for assigned job requirements.

9. Maintain accurate candidate records, sourcing details and screening feedback in Zoho Recruit.

10. Follow up with candidates and ensure timely updates on their availability and interest.

11. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sourcing and candidate submission targets.

12. Coordinate with the in-house recruitment team to improve submission quality and interview conversion.

## Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Previous experience with recruitment consultancies, staffing firms or recruitment agencies preferred.

- Strong expertise in Boolean search and candidate sourcing.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.

- Good understanding of IT and Non-IT job requirements.

- Excellent candidate screening, communication and follow-up skills.

- Ability to independently understand JDs and identify suitable candidates.

- Experience with ATS platforms; Zoho Recruit knowledge will be an advantage.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

- Result-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to achieve recruitment targets.

## Full-Time Commitment – Important

This is a dedicated, full-time remote position.

The selected candidate must:

- Work exclusively and dedicate their professional working hours to Vrinda Nexus International.

- Not undertake any other employment, freelance recruitment assignments, consultancy work, side business or paid professional commitments during employment.

- Be available throughout the prescribed working hours.

- Maintain a dedicated workspace, reliable internet connection and laptop/desktop.

- Attend daily team meetings and performance reviews.

- Maintain professional discipline, confidentiality and accountability while working remotely.

Candidates looking for part-time work, freelance assignments, multiple employment arrangements or flexible side-income opportunities should not apply.

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000, depending on experience and capability.
