You will drive sourcing, screening, onboarding, and negotiations, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

You will use MS Excel and Google Sheets to track recruitment metrics, manage candidate databases, and generate performance reports, while maintaining clear candidate communication

• Proven experience in HR Recruitment within IT Services or Gig Economy sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in Bulk Hiring and Volume Hiring processes.
• Proficiency in Candidate Sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong Candidate Follow-up protocols and Documentation management.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data handling and analysis.
• Exceptional Communication and Convincing Skills to engage diverse candidate pools.
• Solid Negotiation Skills to close offers effectively.
