IndusInd Bank Limited is seeking a merchant support lead in Bengaluru to manage post-onboarding servicing and cross-sell activities. You will coordinate with operations and technical teams for device installation, activation, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth merchant experiences.

You will educate merchants on usage, settlement processes, and the benefits of the bank's payment products, while monitoring activity and driving reactivation strategies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for post-onboarding merchant support and servicing and cross-sell
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for merchant device installation, activation, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely delivery of POS/QR/Soundbox devices and merchant kits.
• Educate merchants on usage, settlement process, and benefits of the banks payment products.
• Monitor merchant activity to identify inactive users and implement reactivation strategies.
• Handle service requests, grievances, and device-related complaints efficiently.
• Ensure merchant KYC and compliance documentation is up to date.
• Assist the acquisition team in improving merchant retention and satisfaction.
