Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp in Telangana seeks a field-based professional to drive customer acquisition and expand our Micro LAP and gold-backed loan products. You will build and manage referral partnerships, perform cold calls, and handle end-to-end loan processing while representing the company in the local market.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-selling insurance, and delivering doorstep service to customers. Local language and English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale up Micro LAP and Gold-backed secured loans (Suvarna).
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold call potential customers to generate business and perform daily sales calls.
• Develop relationships with referral partners and manage customer journeys through the sales process.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and support end-to-end loan processing.
• Act as the face of Muthoot Fincorp in the assigned area and cross-sell insurance to loan customers.

Job description

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
