Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp is seeking a proactive sales professional in Telangana to drive customer acquisition through business development and a strong referral network. The role focuses on micro LAP and gold-backed secured loan products, with emphasis on new markets and excellent customer onboarding.

You will nurture partnerships, handle cold calling, and manage end-to-end loan processing while delivering doorstep service to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of processes and sales workflows in financial services.
• Experience in cross selling and upselling financial products.
• Proven business development capabilities in local markets.
• Proficiency in local language and English for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans.
• Generate leads in the assigned area and drive branch business.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective customers and set daily sales activities.
• Manage the customer journey through the sales process and championship initiatives.
• Activate referral partners to generate new business and maintain relationships.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and support end-to-end loan processing.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
