Job summary

Sulb Muthoot Fincorp in Telangana/Adilabad district seeks a field sales professional to drive customer acquisition for micro LAP and gold-backed loans. You will build micro markets, empanel referral partners, and generate leads for the branch, with doorstep service to customers.

You will manage end-to-end loan processes, nurture relationships with partners, and cross-sell insurance while representing the brand in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Identify micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and secured loans.
• Generate leads in the assigned area for Branch Business Manager.
• Make cold calls to potential customers to generate business.
• Conduct daily sales calls as per the BBM plan.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral partners/connectors.
• Enable referral partners for new business and manage customer journeys.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at home or office.
• Learn policies and process files per policy.
• Act as eyes and ears in market, sharing opportunities with Branch Manager.
• Support end-to-end loan processing for customers.
• Bridge between customers and the Branch.
• Oversee soft bucket collections, early mortality and 12 MOB fresh sourcing.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers.
• Be the face of Sulb Muthoot Fincorp in the assigned area.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
