Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp in Palamaneru, Andhra Pradesh seeks a proactive Sales professional to drive customer acquisition and expand micro loan portfolios. You will identify new markets, empanel referral partners, and nurture relationships to generate leads.

You will conduct cold calls, manage daily sales activities, and ensure seamless loan processing while delivering doorstep service. Strong communication in local language and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on customer acquisition through business development.
• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale up micro loan and secured loan offerings.
• Make cold calls to generate leads and conduct daily sales calls.
• Nurture relationships with referral partners and activate them for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and manage end-to-end loan processing support.
• Act as bridge between customers and the branch, supporting 12-month mortality and early collections.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
