Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp in Konaseema invites a field sales professional to drive customer acquisition through business development. You will identify new micro markets, empanel quality referral partners, and scale up micro LAP and gold-backed secured loan products.

Manage the customer journey from lead to loan processing, make daily sales calls, nurture partner relationships, and ensure doorstep service. Strong presentation and communication in local language and English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP and Gold-backed secured loans.
• Work in the assigned area to generate leads and maintain a robust customer pipeline.
• Perform cold calls and daily sales calls as per plan to drive business growth.
• Support end-to-end loan processing and act as a bridge between customers and branches.
• Develop relationships with referral partners and activate them for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and nurture partnerships for ongoing revenue.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
