Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp is seeking a field-focused Sales/BD professional in West Bengal to drive customer acquisition and build a strong referral network. The role emphasizes empaneling quality partners, generating leads, and ensuring doorstep service while supporting loan processing and insurance cross-sells.

You will engage with local customers, manage relationships with partners, and act as the face of the company in the assigned area, aligning with branch objectives and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer acquisition and business development.
• Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale micro LAP and Gold-backed secured loans.
• Generate leads in the assigned area and conduct daily sales calls.
• Provide doorstep service and act as a bridge between customers and the branch.
• Support end-to-end loan processing and early collections.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers.
• Represent the organization in the market and share market insights with the Branch Manager.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

Responsibilities

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Sales Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BSM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
