Job summary

Profound Human Resource Development Advisors is seeking a senior professional to head Field Collections for Retail Loans in Jaipur. The role requires leading state-wide collections operations, achieving targets, and ensuring RBI and client guideline compliance.

You'll manage multi-location teams, optimize case allocation, monitor KPIs, and report to the Business Operations Head, with NBFC/bank exposure preferred for strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of hands-on experience managing multi-location collections operations
• Experience in collecting retail loan products (personal, cards, auto, housing, etc.)
• Experience with NBFCs, banks, or collection agencies in collection roles
• Data-driven performance management
• Geographic and market understanding

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the state level field collections strategy
• Meet performance targets for the assigned portfolios

• Ensure manpower and geographic coverage across the State
• Control manpower costs and ensure profitability
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets

• Regularly attend review meetings with clients
• Manage client relationships and provide accurate and timely reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and execute the state level field collections strategy
• • Meet performance targets for the assigned portfolios
• • Ensure optimal allocation of cases to FOS
• • Ensure adequate manpower and geographic coverage across the State
• • Control manpower costs and ensure portfolio and state level profitability
• • Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets
• • Provide leadership to the field collections team and develop their capabilities and efficiency
• • Ensure all collection activities are in compliance with RBI and Client guidelines

Experience s Competencies
