Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is looking for an External Title Relationship Manager - Retail to drive microfinance products in the South zone (Mailaduthurai region, Branch 1005). The role emphasizes field visits, lead generation, and reliable repayment tracking.

In this permanent role, you will source, process, and follow up on loan applications, ensuring smooth disbursement and ongoing customer engagement within the Mortgages division.

Qualifications

• Field visits and income assessment through personal discussion.
• Ability to generate and convert microfinance leads.

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income through personal discussion & field visit.
• Track and ensure repayments of the loan disbursed.
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner.
• Sourcing & completion of loan document application form filling and follow‑up to be done till disbursement stage.
