Kotak Life Insurance in Gujarat seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive mortgage loan business, manage DSAs, and steer branch performance.

The role requires proven leadership, collaboration, and a track record in secured lending. You will oversee pre- and post-disbursal processes, build strong client relationships, and help the team achieve growth targets while maintaining credit discipline.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in secured lending assets (Home Finance/Personal/Educational loans) preferred.
• Experience in mortgage loans and working with DSAs is desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle mortgage loan / loan against property responsibilities and generate business from DSAs.
• Monitor pre- and post-disbursal documents and formalities.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Meet HNI customers for business loans and close corporate leads.
• Achieve branch targets through the team, including sales targets and delinquency control.

About The Role

Job Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property
• Generating business from DSAs.
• Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents / formalities.
• Monitoring & resolving Infant delinquent cases
• Building relationship with current and prospective Customers
• Providing off roll incentive inputs for timely processing
• Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans
• Generating corporate leads and closing them
• Achieve the branch/location target through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR ,controlling PDD/delinquency

• Comfortable with using MS Word and MS Excel
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable team management skills
• Ability to collaborate, delegate and motivate

Educational Qualifications

• Should be graduate and above

Work Experience

• Minimum work experience of 3 years
• Exposure in similar industry would be preferable
• Exposure to secured lending asset products viz. Home Finance/Personal Loan/Educational Loan etc can be considered
