Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a results-driven professional to manage mortgage loan portfolios, cultivate DSA partnerships, and drive branch sales performance. The role focuses on acquisition, servicing, and ensuring timely disbursal procedures.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in secured lending or related finance sectors, strong communication, and team leadership capabilities. Primary duties include relationship building with clients and strategic lead generation.

Qualifications

• Graduate or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Exposure to secured lending asset products (Home Finance/Personal Loan/Educational Loan) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Mortgage Loan and Loan against property.
• Generate business from DSAs.
• Monitor pre and post disbursal documents and formalities.
• Monitor and resolve infant delinquent cases.
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Provide input for off-roll incentives for timely processing.
• Meet HNI customers for Business Loans.
• Generate corporate leads and close them.
• Achieve branch/location targets through the team, including branch sales, ALR, and delinquency control.

About The Role

Job Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property
• Generating business from DSAs.
• Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents / formalities.
• Monitoring & resolving Infant delinquent cases
• Building relationship with current and prospective Customers
• Providing off roll incentive inputs for timely processing
• Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans
• Generating corporate leads and closing them
• Achieve the branch/location target through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR ,controlling PDD/delinquency

• Comfortable with using MS Word and MS Excel
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable team management skills
• Ability to collaborate, delegate and motivate

Educational Qualifications

• Should be graduate and above

Work Experience

• Minimum work experience of 3 years
• Exposure in similar industry would be preferable
• Exposure to secured lending asset products viz. Home Finance/Personal Loan/Educational Loan etc can be considered
