Kotak Life Insurance in Gurugram seeks an experienced sales professional to drive mortgage loan business. You will lead branch activity, manage DSAs, meet HNI customers for business loans, and push corporate leads to closure.

The role demands strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proven team-management ability, with capability to collaborate, delegate and motivate while overseeing pre- and post-disbursal documentation and delinquency control.

About The Role

• Exposure to secured lending asset products viz. Home Finance/Personal Loan/Educational Loan etc can be considered
