Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a results-driven professional for its branch sales and loan portfolio. The role focuses on mortgage loan products, loan against property, and building a strong network with DSAs and corporate leads.

You will lead a team to meet branch targets, manage disbursals, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in secured lending, strong communication skills, and proven teamwork capabilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in lending/secured lending.
• Exposure to Home Finance/Personal/Educational Loans is preferable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property.
• Generating business from DSAs.
• Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents / formalities.
• Monitoring & resolving Infant delinquent cases.
• Building relationship with current and prospective Customers.
• Providing off roll incentive inputs for timely processing.
• Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans.
• Generating corporate leads and closing them.
• Achieve the branch/location target through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR, controlling PDD/delinquency.

Work Experience

• Minimum work experience of 3 years
• Exposure in similar industry would be preferable
• Exposure to secured lending asset products viz. Home Finance/Personal Loan/Educational Loan etc can be considered
