Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a high-energy professional to drive mortgage loan and loan against property activities in Chandigarh. You will generate business from DSAs, manage end-to-end disbursal processes, and build strong customer relationships at a busy branch.

The role requires hands-on experience with secured lending assets and a proven ability to meet branch targets while mentoring a sales team. Graduate or above with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

• Provide inputs for off-roll incentives to ensure timely processing.
• Meet HNI customers for business loans.
• Generate corporate leads and close them.
• Achieve branch targets through the team including ALR and delinquency control.

About The Role

Job Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property
• Generating business from DSAs.
• Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents / formalities.
• Monitoring & resolving Infant delinquent cases
• Building relationship with current and prospective Customers
• Providing off roll incentive inputs for timely processing
• Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans
• Generating corporate leads and closing them
• Achieve the branch/location target through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR ,controlling PDD/delinquency

Educational Qualifications

• Should be graduate and above

Work Experience

• Minimum work experience of 3 years
