Qualifications

• Graduate or higher required.
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Experience with secured lending assets (Home Finance/Personal/Educational loans) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage and property loan business from DSAs.
• Monitor pre- and post-disbursal documents and formalities.
• Address infant delinquent cases and drive timely resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Provide input on off-roll incentives to ensure timely processing.
• Meet HNI customers for business loans and related services.
• Generate corporate leads and close them.
• Achieve branch targets and manage ALR, PDD, and delinquency control.

About The Role

Job Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property
• Generating business from DSAs.
• Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents / formalities.
• Monitoring & resolving Infant delinquent cases
• Building relationship with current and prospective Customers
• Providing off roll incentive inputs for timely processing
• Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans
• Generating corporate leads and closing them
• Achieve the branch/location target through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR ,controlling PDD/delinquency

• Comfortable with using MS Word and MS Excel
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable team management skills
• Ability to collaborate, delegate and motivate

Educational Qualifications

• Should be graduate and above

Work Experience

• Minimum work experience of 3 years
• Exposure in similar industry would be preferable
• Exposure to secured lending asset products viz. Home Finance/Personal Loan/Educational Loan etc can be considered
