Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a results‑driven professional in Lucknow to lead mortgage loan portfolio growth, manage DSAs, and drive branch sales targets. The role emphasizes relationship building with customers and corporate leads, with a focus on timely disbursal processes and delinquency management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in secured lending, strong communication, and team leadership capabilities to coach branch staff and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 3 years in lending or secured assets.
• Exposure to Home Finance/Personal/Educational loans preferable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property
• Generating business from DSAs.
• Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents / formalities.
• Monitoring & resolving Infant delinquent cases
• Building relationship with current and prospective Customers
• Providing off roll incentive inputs for timely processing
• Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans
• Generating corporate leads and closing them
• Achieve the branch/location target through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR, controlling PDD/delinquency

About The Role

Work Experience

• Minimum work experience of 3 years
• Exposure in similar industry would be preferable
• Exposure to secured lending asset products viz. Home Finance/Personal Loan/Educational Loan etc can be considered
