Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance in Bengaluru seeks a result-oriented sales professional with 3+ years in secured lending or related finance. You will drive mortgage and loan against property business through DSAs, build client relationships, and ensure timely processing of disbursals.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to meet branch targets. Candidate should be graduate, comfortable with MS Word/Excel, and capable of coordinating with internal teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Graduate or higher degree required.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in team management and leadership preferred.
• Exposure to secured lending assets considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive mortgage loan and loan against property business through DSAs.
• Monitor pre and post disbursal documents and formalities.
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Achieve branch location targets including ALR and delinquency control.
• Generate corporate leads and close them; meet HNI customers for business loans.

About The Role

Job Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property
• Generating business from DSAs.
• Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents / formalities.
• Monitoring & resolving Infant delinquent cases
• Building relationship with current and prospective Customers
• Providing off roll incentive inputs for timely processing
• Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans
• Generating corporate leads and closing them
• Achieve the branch/location target through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR ,controlling PDD/delinquency

• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable team management skills

Educational Qualifications

• Should be graduate and above

Work Experience

• Minimum work experience of 3 years
• Exposure in similar industry would be preferable
• Exposure to secured lending asset products viz. Home Finance/Personal Loan/Educational Loan etc can be considered
