Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager LAP in Hyderabad/Bangalore. The role focuses on managing a secured portfolio (LAP/HF), deepening channel relationships, and achieving sales targets through cross-sell of secured banking products.

You will lead a team, coordinate with Credit, Operations, and legal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction as measured by NPS. Prior experience of 4+ years is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing secured LAP/HF portfolios.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to influence partners and drive sales results.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of executives to achieve business targets (volume, cross-sell, insurance).
• Develop and deepen relationships with channels and partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor NPS metrics.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams to drive business outcomes.
• Cross-sell CASA and other secured products.

• Handle team of executives to achieve business targets (Volume, Cross-sell, Insurance

etc.)

• Manage, develop and enhance deepening of the relationship with Channels

DSA, Builder)

• Responsible for achieving team targets and sales volume.
• Ensuring team productivity along with location productivity
• Ensure customer satisfaction as measured trough NPS metrics
• Effective management of working relationships (e.g. Credit, Operations, Legal,

Technical etc.) to drive business outcomes

• Responsible for cross sell of CASA and TPP.
• Administer and ensure compliance to all business practices.

Person Requirements

• Professionals with minimum 4 years of experience of secured portfolio - LAP / HF
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Influencing skills for driving business with both internal and external channel

• Knowledge of secured banking products is preferre
