Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Hyderabad seeks a senior team lead to drive business targets across volume, cross-sell and insurance products. You will supervise executives and coordinate with branches, DSA and builder channels to deepen relationships.

You will ensure target achievement, maintain productivity, monitor customer satisfaction through NPS, and manage cross-functional relationships to drive compliant business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Influencing skills for driving business with channel partners
• Knowledge of secured banking products is preferred
