Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Relationship Manager LAP to lead a team of executives and achieve business targets in secured lending products. Hyderabad and Bangalore locations are involved, with a budget up to 8.0 LPA CTC offered.

You will deepen channel partnerships, drive cross-sell of CASA and other banking products, and ensure customer satisfaction measured by NPS, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling secured portfolio (LAP/HF).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven influencing skills for driving business with channel partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of executives to achieve business targets and sales volume.
• Strengthen and deepen relationships with channel partners.
• Achieve team productivity and location productivity targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction as measured by NPS.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Legal, etc.).
• Drive cross-sell of CASA and third-party products while ensuring compliance.

• Products include Vishwas HL and LAP
• Handle team of executives to achieve business targets (Volume, Cross-sell, Insurance

etc.

• Manage, develop and enhance deepening of the relationship with Channels

DSA, Builder)

• Responsible for achieving team targets and sales volume.
• Ensuring team productivity along with location productivity
• Ensure customer satisfaction as measured trough NPS metrics
• Effective management of working relationships (e.g. Credit, Operations, Legal,

Technical etc.) to drive business outcomes

• Responsible for cross sell of CASA and TPP.
• Administer and ensure compliance to all business practices.

Person Requirements

• Professionals with minimum 4 years of experience of secured portfolio - LAP / HF
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Influencing skills for driving business with both internal and external channel

partners

• Knowledge of secured banking products is preferre

Location - Hyderabad and Bangalore
