Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source new customers for LAP through open market channels, referrals, DSAs, and connectors.
• Achieve assigned business, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, property consultants, and channel partners.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand financial requirements and offer LAP solutions.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for loan processing.
• Ensure timely documentation, verification, and disbursement of loans.
• Maintain portfolio quality and adhere to credit and compliance guidelines.
• Generate cross-sell opportunities for Insurance, CASA, and other banking products.
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities within the territory.
• Deliver superior customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
