Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager in Rajasthan to oversee day-to-day branch performance and profitability.

You will drive field marketing, manage vault security, verify KYC, disburse loans, handle NPAs, and lead a team to deliver compliant, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in gold loan or asset products.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Strong leadership and branch operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive field marketing to improve branch visibility.
• Plan and monitor field marketing to generate a healthy leads pipeline and branch growth.
• Engage customers and appraise pledged gold for weight and purity per policy.
• Joint custodian of the Vault, ensuring safekeeping of pledged ornaments.
• Verify KYC documents and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part releases, closure and interest payments.
• Authorize disbursal, foreclosure, release and collect payments.
• Manage NPAs through active follow-ups on interest collections.
• Plan for smooth branch functioning and team cohesiveness.
• Hire, coach, mentor and train staff with timely feedback.
• Maintain branch performance, prepare reports and drive growth.
• Grow gold loan business and cross-sell third-party products.
• Uphold 100% compliance in valuation and processes.
• Ensure accurate valuation of pledged gold and purity per policy.

Job Summary

Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Drive participate in field marketing activities with the team to improve branch visibility.
• Plan, conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion branch growth.
• Focus on customer engagement appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledge ornaments as per company policy.
• Verify customer KYC documents, application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure, interest payment transactions based on customer requests.
• Authorize transactions for disbursal, foreclosure, release and accept customer payments.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from customers for interest collections.
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error-free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.

Qualifications Experience

• 7+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products,Post Graduate Degree in MBA or Equivalent
