Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets based on ANP and case count.
• Generate new leads via natural market, referrals and orphan base.
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Deliver need-based selling and maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide post-sales service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with supervisors to plan strategies and forecast sales.
• Maintain and grow customer databases in the assigned territory.
• Adhere to ISMS data security protocols.
