Job summary

Policybazaar invites a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) to join our nationwide sales team. You will drive new business, meet targets, and strengthen client relationships across Pan India. A strong field presence and proactive networking are essential to success.

You will Acquire customers, conduct meetings, upsell insurance solutions, and ensure timely policy issuance while maintaining ISMS-compliant data handling and regular territory reviews.

Qualifications

• Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
• Proficient in regional language.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets based on ANP and case count.
• Acquire customers through natural market, referrals, and orphan base.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Use need-based selling to provide suitable solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.
• Provide post-sales service and timely policy issuance.
• Maintain customer engagement and strong relationships.
• Collaborate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
• Forecast sales and design innovative sales plans.
• Manage and grow your territory's customer database.
• Follow ISMS security protocols to safeguard data.
