Kotak Life Insurance in Hyderabad is seeking a motivated sales professional to convert leads, visit potential customers, and grow existing accounts to meet monthly targets. You will manage a database of target, current, and future customers, while performing field work to achieve growth and profitability as directed by the organization.

Income is tied to incentives, with defined career growth and rapid promotion on achieving goals; regular skill enhancement programs support ongoing development

• Visit potential customers for new business
• Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts in order to meet sales and profitability goals established by Direct-Sales Management
• Keep database current and accurate with: target customer, current customer and future customer
• Ensure that business targets are met month on month
• Work on pre-fixed appointments
• Field work

Purpose: To achieve sales targets by making effective sales presentations in a venue setting; to maintain high standards of service quality and attract and convert leads shared by the organization
