Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal including income assessment, document verification and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and follow-ups.
• Build and manage relationships with DSAs, builders and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
