Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The primary purpose of this role is to drive business through our channel partners' sales teams and distribution networks. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships across the partner network and growing the business by driving sales of KLI products through these partners. Key responsibilities include organizing catch-up meetings with partners and their clients to introduce KLI products into their portfolios, activating the maximum number of mapped sub-brokers, RMs, and lead generators on a monthly basis, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. You will ensure the smooth issuance of all cases from start to finish and maintain the persistency of all issued policies. Additionally, you will prepare and send daily reports on meetings and sales numbers to all stakeholders, track the status of logged-in policies in the central MIS, and update on tasks assigned for driving focused business through the task MIS. Training partner RMs on KLI products and processes will also be a key part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should possess a graduate or post-graduate degree and have relevant experience in insurance sales, particularly in broking or banca sales. Strong customer orientation, partner management skills, and planning abilities are essential.
