Job summary

Staunch HR Services Private Limited is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager in Tamil Nadu to grow business through channel partners and drive sales of KLI products. You will build strong partner relationships and pursue monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

You will organize partner meetings, support RM training, and ensure timely processing of cases while delivering daily sales reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales, broking or banca sales.
• Strong customer orientation, partner management skills, and planning abilities.
• Behavioral competencies such as business excellence, collaboration, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

• Organizing catch-up meetings with partners and their clients to introduce KLI products into their portfolios.
• Activating the maximum number of mapped sub-brokers, RMs, and lead generators on a monthly basis, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Ensuring the smooth issuance of all cases from start to finish and maintaining the persistency of all issued policies.
• Preparing and sending daily reports on meetings and sales numbers to all stakeholders, tracking the status of logged-in policies in the central MIS, and updating on tasks assigned for driving focused business through the task MIS.
• Training partner RMs on KLI products and processes.
