Role Description

The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India. This role is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits, supporting policy applications, and ensuring timely follow-up and service. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries, manage renewals and policy servicing, and contribute to business growth through ethical and customer-focused sales practices. The role also involves meeting assigned sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Sales and business development abilities, with experience in achieving targets and generating new business in financial services or related sectors.
