Role Description

The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and guiding them through product selection and policy purchases. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing policy explanations, coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The Relationship Manager will track client interactions, follow up on leads, support renewals, and promote suitable life and general insurance products through consultative engagement. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, meeting assigned targets, and contributing to a positive customer experience aligned with the company’s Insurtech-driven approach.

• Strong customer relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
• Sales and business development abilities, such as lead follow-up, upselling and cross-selling, and achieving revenue or conversion targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of life and general insurance products, with the capacity to explain policy features, benefits, and terms in simple language.
• Comfort with digital tools and online platforms, including CRM systems, email, and web-based policy issuance and payment processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple client requests.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
