Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through direct sales across Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Kanpur.
• Generate leads via market visits, referrals, networking, cold calls, and digital channels.
• Assess client needs and financial goals to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive renewals and additional business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets defined by management.

About the Role: We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to drive direct sales of life and health insurance products across Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Kanpur. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and providing suitable insurance solutions to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers for life and health insurance products through direct sales efforts.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
• Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and financial goals to recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals and repeat business.
• Business Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting insurance sales.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure complete and accurate documentation for policy issuance in compliance with IRDAI guidelines.
