Job summary

Indira IVF Hospital seeks a Relationship Manager with 2–7 years in patient relationship roles, including IVF exposure. You will guide patients through treatment plans and clearly explain cost structures, ensuring proper documentation and signed acknowledgements.

You will be the single point of contact for IVF patients, supporting them from initial counselling to treatment completion, building trust and maintaining ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of experience in relationship management.
• IVF experience mandatory for 1–2 years.
• Graduation required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel patients on treatment plans with a focus on financial aspects as advised by the doctor.
• Explain the cost structure involved throughout the IVF treatment journey.
• Document financial counselling with signed acknowledgements from patients.
• Act as single point of contact for patients recommended for IVF treatment.
• Support patients from initial counselling to treatment initiation and completion.
• Build trust and maintain patient relationships through ongoing engagement.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to encourage continuity of care.
• Schedule appointments and provide reminders at least one day before visits.
• Track and update patient visit status regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations, counselling, and decisions.
• Record patient feedback and follow-up outcomes.
• Prepare periodic reports on patient engagement and follow-up status.
• Collaborate with doctors and internal teams for effective handholding and engagement.
