• Clearly explain the cost structure involved throughout the IVF treatment journey.
• Ensure proper documentation of financial counselling, including obtaining signed acknowledgements from patients.
• Act as a single point of contact for patients recommended for IVF treatment.
• Support patients across the entire life cycle from initial counselling to treatment initiation and completion.
• Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships through continuous engagement.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with patients to encourage continuity of care.
• Schedule appointments and provide reminders at least one day prior to patient visits.
• Track and update patient visit status regularly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations, counselling sessions, and treatment decisions.
• Record patient feedback and follow-up outcomes systematically.
• Prepare periodic reports on patient engagement and follow-up status.
