Job Title: IVF Consultant (Fertility Specialist)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IVF Consultant to lead fertility treatments and deliver exceptional patient care. The candidate will be responsible for managing IVF cycles, ensuring clinical excellence, maintaining compliance with NABH standards, and contributing to the overall growth of the center.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Expertise & Patient Care
  • Diagnose and treat infertility cases with a patient‑centric approach
  • Plan and execute IVF/ICSI/IUI cycles and other ART procedures
  • Perform procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and follicular monitoring
  • Ensure high clinical success rates and adherence to protocols
• Patient Consultation & Counseling
  • Conduct detailed patient consultations and explain treatment plans
  • Guide patients through fertility options and procedures
  • Maintain strong patient relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• IVF Lab & Clinical Coordination
  • Work closely with embryologists and lab teams for successful cycle outcomes
  • Ensure synchronization between clinical and laboratory processes
  • Monitor and review cycle outcomes and success metrics
• Compliance & Quality (NABH)
  • Ensure adherence to NABH guidelines, SOPs, and clinical protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support audits/accreditation processes
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives within the clinical function
• Team Leadership & Training
  • Guide and mentor RMOs, nurses, and clinical staff

Key Requirements

• Qualification: MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Fellowship / Certification in Reproductive Medicine / IVF (Preferred)
• Experience: 3–10+ years in IVF / Fertility practice
• Hands‑on experience in IVF procedures (OPU, ET, ICSI coordination)
• Strong knowledge of NABH standards and clinical compliance
