Policybazaar is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) to drive insurance solutions across Gwalior, Dabra and Murena. You will build and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored insurance products to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bike ownership and valid driving license are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count.
• Acquire customers via natural market, referrals, and orphan base.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and propose insurance solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.
• Provide post-sales service and facilitate timely policy issuance.
• Maintain regular touchpoints and strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
• Forecast sales and design innovative strategies.
• Maintain and grow your customer database in your territory.
• Follow ISMS security protocols to safeguard data.
