Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing Business Loan customers and identify opportunities for conversion to Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Generate leads from the existing customer database and build a strong conversion pipeline.
• Understand customer funding requirements and explain LAP product features, eligibility, and benefits.
• Conduct customer meetings, collect required documents, and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.
• Follow up with customers throughout the loan journey to ensure timely disbursement.
• Achieve monthly conversion and disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:
