Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Acquire Home Loan and LAP customers through field sales, referrals, builders, and channel partners.
• Loan Processing: Manage applications from initial inquiry through documentation, credit assessment, and disbursement.
• Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer needs and provide appropriate loan solutions.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and disbursement targets.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to bank guidelines.
• Market Development: Build a strong local network of builders, connectors, and prospective customers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, or LAP Sales.
• Education: Graduate/Diploma in any discipline preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
• Established networks with builders/connectors are an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of financial documentation and property paperwork.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
• Incentives: Attractive performance-linked sales incentives.
• Salary will depend on present CTC and relevant experience.
