Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions is seeking a store manager in India to lead a team and drive inside sales, relationship building, and warehouse operations. The role requires maintaining customer experience and conversion, and ensuring stock display and inventory discipline.

You will be responsible for achieving store revenue targets on a monthly and yearly basis, ensuring daily order fulfillment, guiding RM, IS, and WH teams, and optimizing availability and store costs while improving customer

Responsibilities

• Manage team (relationship + inside sales + warehouse)
• Ensure customer experience and conversion
• Maintain store inventory and display
• Achieve Monthly and Yearly revenue at store level
• Daily order fulfillment to be kept at 100%
• Manage and Achieve targets of team (RM + IS + WH)
• Customer Satisfaction (NPS to Improve)
• Availability score to be kept above 90%
• Manage Store cost (operational cost & Inventory control) at optimised level.
