Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a proactive sales and marketing professional in Mumbai to achieve sales and collection targets and to collect market information in the assigned area. This role requires strong communication, client engagement, and competitive intelligence to capitalize on a booming construction sector in India.

You will develop market opportunities, manage customer relationships on site, analyze geographic markets, and support order planning and SAP data entry to ensure smooth project

Responsibilities

• Develop a priority list of market opportunities to explore in their respective market
• Interact with customers and local officials of competitors to collect information regarding prices, incentives, discounts etc
• Visit site frequently to meet the concerned site incharge, project managers, influencers and various agencies during project planning & execution and build rapport to execute a smooth flow of operation
• Understand the allotted geographic areas regularly and conduct market analysis to assess the market position
• Provide new customer details to the CSD and help in creating SAP customer code and entering customer details in SAP prior to first dispatch

KRA1 Business Development

• Develop a priority list of market opportunities to explore in their respective market
• Develop competitive proposals and presentations for potential/ prospective clients and high priority target (Retail & Medium) customers
• Interact with customers and local officials of competitors to collect information regarding prices, incentives, discounts etc

KRA2 Customer Management

• Visit site frequently to meet the concerned site incharge, project managers, influencers and various agencies during project planning & execution and build rapport to execute a smooth flow of operation
