Job summary

DCB Bank in Hyderabad is seeking a customer-focused professional to acquire new quality customers, with emphasis on Retail Time Deposits, CASA, and fee-based products, while cross-selling as guided by the Bank. You will ensure accurate, timely processing of customer service requests, overcome issues using guidelines, and contribute to delivering first-class service.

The role also involves keeping knowledge updated on banking products and market trends, and supporting sales to deepen customer

• Continuously improve product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitor products.
• Overcome problems using guidelines and elevate with expediency, when necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned from time to day as desired by the Bank

• To acquire new quality customers (should be able to focus on Retail TD, CASA, Fee based product) and cross sell various products as desired by the Bank from time to time
• To ensure accurate, timely and error free processing of customer service requests
• To overcome problems using guidelines and escape with expediency, when necessary.
• To ensure the best visual impact of the branches on customers

• To work for providing first class service experience to existing customers and take references for acquiring new quality customers. To cross sell deposit and fee products to such customers and penetrate better market share
• To constantly endeavour to improve existing customer relationships and involve in Sales to deepen the same.
