Job summary

RBL Bank invites an experienced Branch Manager to lead sales and service delivery at the Undri branch in Pune. The role focuses on achieving targets across CASA, deposits, retail assets, and fees while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will mentor the branch team, drive cross-selling and digital adoption, manage operations, and build the local market presence through networking and business development.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of business targets across CASA, Fixed Deposits, Retail Assets (Home Loans, Auto Loans), and Fee-based products
• Develop and execute branch sales strategy, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and customer acquisition
• Lead, mentor, and monitor branch team performance, setting clear KPIs and driving productivity
• Promote cross-selling and upselling of banking products to enhance customer wallet share
• Ensure exceptional customer experience, handling escalations proactively and maintaining zero complaint benchmarks
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance, internal audits, and risk control policies
• Monitor and improve branch profitability, cost efficiency, and market share penetration
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including cash operations, service delivery, and infrastructure management
• Build strong local market presence through relationship management, networking, and business development initiatives
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC norms, and AML guidelines are followed across all processes
• Drive digital banking adoption and increase usage of alternate channels among customers
• Maintain high standards of operational discipline, security, and asset management
