Job summary

RupeeBoss Financial Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager Loans in Gurugram to drive MSME loan sourcing and manage end-to-end client relationships. You will conduct telecalling, field visits, and referrals to generate new business and meet monthly targets.

The role requires coordinating with customers, banks, and internal teams through the loan process until disbursement, while delivering excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal teams throughout the process until loan disbursement.
• Maintain good client relationships and achieve monthly business targets.
